Our Story

In October 2004, Yorick Ser was the Co-President of the Entrepreneurs Exchange Club at NYU Stern School of Business, and was looking for a way to simplify the management of his club. He ended up developing a Web application which he called CollegeMailer. The system was designed to help him and his officers with the management of members, mailings lists and event RSVP. CollegeMailer was well received by students, and the Office of Student Activities at Stern decided to license the platform to provide it to all the other MBA clubs at Stern. Shortly after, Novalsys was awarded an incubatee pod at the NYU Stern's Incubator.

Since 2005, CollegeMailer was renamed CampusGroups and grew into a feature-rich platform catering to a wide range of needs from groups on campus. CampusGroups is now implemented at major Universities in the US and in Europe.
